I brought my truck in because it had started a count down to limp mode. I told it would be two weeks before anything could be done. How ever one service writer said they would check it. Found that the DEF injection and ABS pump were bad. The parts were in stock and I got my truck back on the 18th. Jared Napier did as promised.

I did not set out to buy a Jeep, but this dealer had really nice sales people and product to sell even in this economical climate. I feel happy about this purchase. I purchased a car from them yesterday. I drove 2hrs from Tampa to ft. pierce where they are located cause they had the car I was interested in. Adam was my sale associate, very nice, and very professional. He understood the fact I drove that distance and made it worst my time. We came by to take a look at the lot. A couple people came out to check on us and when we told them we were just taking a look around they didn't badger us or push us to go inside, they gave us their card and told us to give a call if we had any questions. We've had terrible experiences at other dealerships around here because the sales people wouldn't let us browse and speak privately about the vehicles. This will always be the first place we go when looking for a vehicle.

This was a disappointing experience from drop off to pick up. I never received a call back and received no explanation as to what actually wrong with my vehicle. Edit: The service Manager Raul reached out to me to discuss the issues with my car and they went above and beyond to correct the situation. They were great.
