While driving my brakes locked on me. I googled the nearest Jeep dealership and that so happened to be Arrigo in Ft. Pierce. I explained what happened to the attendant. They were able to fit me in and contacted my car warranty provider to make sure I didn’t come out of pocket unnecessarily. I was a mechanic in the Army and understand how many automotive employees try to take advantage of customers, mainly women. That did NOT happen here. When I first got there, I had an idea of the vehicle I wanted. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We took the truck for a spin, I really enjoyed it, and came back and went over numbers. We both knew where I wanted to be and busted our butts to get there. Signing everything was easy and I walked off the lot no problem.
Found the problem right away and fix it Replaced my tires and the truck k rides real smooth now

Usually a great experience at the shop. Josh is a great service advisor. My expensive top of the line, best in class, extended warranty, 7 year, unlimited mileage bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) water leaks through the roof top lights. A known manufacturer defect and its not covered. Really? 38k miles and the roof leaks. Not the dealerships fault but Cmon man. My 24 Powerwagon has had 3 bad driveshaft or transfer case seals go bad. and was covered. But not the roof seal? My 25 1500 Limited has had a couple sensor issues and been covered. Talynn in the service department is a very smart young lady and she knows your product and very pleasant to work with. I have dealt with many vehicles with Arigo along with my family members, My last Dodge 2023 Ram 1500 was not a very good experience due to the issue with this truck. I dealt mostly with Vatland in Vero Beach, Fl for warranty because of them being closer to me.

Great service and sales. Get rid of the AI you started to make service appointments. Takes the personal touch out. I predict you will lose some customers that feel it insulting, like me. If you can't pay someone human to talk to me I will find a dealer that does. Call your own service dept. and try to make an appointment or have someone answer a few questions. Swe how you feel.
Have probably purchased a dozen cars from arrigo it's my first stop. Ed morehouse always makes you feel like true friend and goes above and beyond for his customers.

My service advisor Nate I just called in sick and I was never assigned a new one. One of the service technicians. Michelle helped me out. I waited three hours in the waiting room and never heard from anyone. I finally got up and found Michelle and she helped me. She presented me with a report with several items on it and said they were required.
